SCHUMACHER, Amy K. - Age 35, recently of Port Huron, formerly of Fenton, passed away on July 24, 2011. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday, July 28, 2011 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Fr. David Harvey Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 8 AM until the time of Mass Thursday at church. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Amy was the daughter of Richard and Nancy Schumacher of Fenton. She graduated in 1994 from Powers Catholic High School, attended Western Michigan University, Baker College and graduated from Ross Medical with a degree as a Medical Assistant. Amy is survived by her two sons, Tyler and Dylan; parents, Richard and Nancy; sister, Karen (Toby) Pennington of Milan; brother, Mark of Fenton; sister, Kristin (Rich) Poole of Whitmore Lake; a niece, nephews, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
