Amy Sue (Forbes) Searles

Amy Sue (Forbes) Searles, age 64, of Flint, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at McLaren Hospital. Private arrangements were entrusted to Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Grand Blanc.

Born on August 13, 1960, in Carson City, Amy was the daughter of the late Louis and Leola (Ferguson) Forbes. She was a devoted mother who dedicated herself to raising her children with love and care. Amy leaves behind cherished memories for those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She is survived by her sons, Donald, Josh and Ryan Searles; 14 grandchildren; and her siblings, Penny Linton, Louis Jr. (Nancy) Forbes, and Lynda McLeod, along with many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Amy was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; her son, Noah; and three brothers and three sisters: Robert, Orvin, Larry, Susan Rittenbergh, Genevieve Forbes, and Ellen Wilson. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
