Ann L. Lambert

Ann L. Lambert, age 74 of, Gaines, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 24, 2026. Visitation will be held at 10am until the time of the Memorial Service at 11am, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road in Swartz Creek. Ann was born on February 27, 1952 in Flint, Michigan to the late Darwin & Nancy Jones. She graduated from Flushing High School as valedictorian, class of 1969 . Ann married Gregory Allen Lambert on November 23, 1974, they raised their two children, Susan and Gregory Jr. and shared 47 years of marriage before he passed in 2021. Together they enjoyed the Michigan Summers by gardening. Ann was employed as a secretary  at Swartz Creek Middle School retiring in 2014 after 30 years of work. Those who knew Ann best knew she craved dark chocolate, enjoyed a good sale and adored her family. Ann her daughter and grandchildren loved lunch dates and shopping together. Ann kept busy with puzzles, crosswords, saduko and watching game shows.

She is survived by her two children, Susan Armour and Gregory Lambert Jr.; 4 grandchildren, Kayla (Todd) Matteson, Katie Armour, Matthew (Aeralyn) Lambert and Madison Lambert; four great-grandchildren, Hadley, Jackson, Wyatt and Maisie; brother, Bob Jones; sister, Jennifer (Bill) Wylie and many other very dear family members.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gregory Lambert in 2021; and three brothers, John Jones, Thomas Jones and Dave Jones.
