Audrey Ann Banacki

Banacki, Audrey Ann, age 87, of Flushing, was welcomed home in the arms of her Lord Saturday, July 17, 2010 surrounded by family. Funeral services will be 11AM Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Trinity Assembly of God Church, 4363 Mt. Morris Road, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be Monday from 10AM to 9PM and Tuesday from 10AM to 9PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Trinity Assembly of God Church or the Matthew Wayne Banacki Scholarship Fund, c/o Community Foundation of Greater Flint. Audrey was born in Flint the daughter of Willard J. and Louise (Traylor) Adams. She married William John Banacki whom preceded her in death. Audrey attended Trinity Assembly of God Church, had been a Sunday School teacher, a Brownie Leader and a Grey Lady at FOH. She was a very special mom who positively impacted all those who crossed her path. Survivors include; daughters, Catherine L. (Russ) Isham, Janice Banacki, son, Phillip W. (Teresa) Banacki, daughters, Karen (Don) Schwieman, Cheryl (Douglas) Kidd, grandchildren, Brian (Dana) Banacki, Kristen (Luke) Owen, Andrew Banacki, Lori Banacki, Kristofer Schwieman, Anthony Kidd, Kyle Schwieman, Roman Kidd, great granddaughter, Sarah Owen, sister, Norma Skinner, brother, Merle Adams, special friends, Florence Koblinski, Robert Lintz, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son William James Banacki and grandson Matthew Banacki. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the McLaren ICU staff and Comfort Keepers.
