Barbara Reichstetter

Barbara A. Reichstetter, age 70, of Morrice, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 4PM at The Williamston Fraternal Order of Eagles, 835 High Street, Williamston. Inurnment will happen at a later date. Barbara was born on October 7, 1952, in Lansing, Michigan to the late James & June Tracy. She graduated from Williamston High School in 1970 and continued her education at Michigan State University where she earned her associate degree in Horticulture. Barbara later studied computer technology and accounting at Baker College. She married the love of her life Frederick "Fred" Reichstetter on December 19, 1975, and together they were blessed with their five children. She was employed with KeyKert in Webberville as a line worker for over 5 years, she enjoyed her time there and made lifelong friends. Barbara and Fred are long time members to The Williamston Fraternal Order of Eagles; Barbara over 15 years. In earlier years she enjoyed snowmobiling and fishing. She enjoyed puzzles and watching game shows. Barbara's god given talent was gardening. She spent many years working at Tracy's Greenhouse; her family's business. Barbara had a hard time of "sitting still" so gardening kept her on her feet and busy.

She is survived by her loving husband, Fred; her five children, Phillip Reichstetter, Catherine Reichstetter, Daniel Reichstetter, Ted (Bonnie) Reichstetter and Brad (Shay) Reichstetter; six grandchildren whom where her pride and joy, Caitlyn, Bailey, Theo, Tyler, Allison and Chase; her brother, Gene (Dottie) Tracy and sister, Mary (Garth) Eifert. Barbara is further survived by many other dear family members and friends too numerous to list.

In addition to her parents, James (June) Tracy, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Richard and Robert.
