Betty Allen

ALLEN, Betty Lou - Age 86, of Davison, died February 9, 2019. Betty was born February 16, 1932 in Saginaw, the daughter of Clifford and Cordila (Ellis) Shepard. She married Daniel Allen in April 1950, he preceded her in death January 17, 2018. Betty loved people. She enjoyed weddings, funerals, and Allen reunions, always said it was when you could see people you haven't seen in awhile and catch up. Betty also enjoyed fishing, camping, and being up north. A strong and funny woman who enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, laughing. She had many lifelong friends. Betty is survived by her daughter: Nadine (Robert) (Allen) Thompson; 7 grandchildren: Daniel, Billy, Shane, Christopher, Nicholas, Joshua, and Stacey; 7 great-grandchildren: Sasha, Samantha, Dillen, Delanie, Lorali, Jadyn, Landan, and Quinn; 2 great-grandchildren: Isabella and Kylinn; She is preceded in death by her son: Clifford Allen on November 2, 2018; daughter: Lucilla Gillean on July 23, 1998; and sister Arlene Marr.
