Betty Jane BROWN

Brown, Betty Jane - Age 94, of Birmingham, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Funeral services will be held 11AM Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Burial in Franklin cemetery, Franklin Michigan. Visitation will be held 5:30PM to 8:00PM Monday and 10AM until time of service. Betty was born January 27, 1919 in Birmingham, Michigan, the daughter of the late Richard H. and Bertha Mae (Randall) Harrack. She married Roy Brown in 1951, he preceded her in death in 1982. She then married Wilford Wells in 1993 and he preceded her in death in 2009. Mrs. Brown was a Birmingham High School Graduate of 1936 and lived most of her life in Birmingham. She was an Executive Secretary for General Motors and owned and operated with her husband Roy, Northland and Birmingham Sign Companies. Betty really enjoyed dancing and teaching dancing. She loved life and music. Betty also enjoyed being a snowbird spending her winter months in Florida. Surviving are: daughters, Debra Jane (Everett) Bernett of CA, Robin Cheryl (Lyle) St. Onge of Goodrich; 6 grandchildren, Kenneth, Holly, Brian, Gregory, Gordon, Genevieve (Mark) Adams; 4 great granddaughters, Casey, Cameron, Saria, Ava.
