GUMINSKI, Betty J. - Age 82, of Linden, died Sunday, June 19, 2016. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, June 23 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Fr. Dwight Ezop celebrant. Burial will take place on Friday in St. Hedwig Cemetery, Dearborn. Visitation will be held 1- 4 PM and 6-8 PM Wednesday with a Rosary being prayed at 7 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Betty was born July 29, 1933 in Detroit, the daughter of Enoch and Josephine (Kubik) Bates. She is survived by her children, Gary (Susan) Guminski, Greg (Karen) Guminski, Karen (Mark) Trojniak; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; brother, Jim Bates; sister, Susan Bates.
