Betty Lou McLeod

McLeod, Betty Lou - Age 85, of Gladwin, passed away October 7, 2023. A memorial service will be held 12 PM Monday, November 27, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. The family will receive friends from 10AM until the service. Interment will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery.  Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Betty was born November 1, 1937 in Romulus, the daughter of Alec William and Katherine (Clemons) Clark. She married Stewart McLeod in 1956. Betty enjoyed snowmobiling, boating and travel, especially her trips to Daytona. She loved her grandchildren, enjoyed spending time with them and attending their events. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Stewart; children, Greg (Theresa) McLeod, Becky (Mark) Wilson and Carrie (Rick) North; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
