Betty Louise RHODES

RHODES, Betty Louise- Age 89, of Flint, died Saturday, November 16, 2013. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, November 20 at the Hope United Methodist Church, 4467 Beecher Rd., Flint, Pastor Carol Bouse officiating. Interment in Davison Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 AM until the time of the funeral at the church on Wednesday. Those desiring may make contributions in lieu of flowers to the church. Betty was born March 6, 1924 in Flint the daughter of Lloyd Gerald Stewart and Eva Gertrude (Clint) Stewart. She was married to Lavern C. Rhodes on August 23, 1958 in Flint; he preceded her in death May 26, 2009. She was a member of the Hope United Methodist Church. Surviving are: son, Dr. Randall Stewart Perry of London, England. She was also preceded in death by her sister Frances. Special thanks to caregiver Susan Bauman, and longtime friend Betty Johnson.
