Bradley Myers

MYERS, Bradley G. - Age 58, of Durand, passed peacefully Saturday, May 28, 2016. Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Lawrence Gill and Pastor Jim Schultz co officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. Brad was born June 6, 1957 in Flint, the son of Elmer and Arlene (Vincent) Myers. He was a 1975 graduate of Swartz Creek High School. He had resided in the Swartz Creek/Durand area his entire life. Brad enjoyed softball, bowling, playing cards and pool, and spending time with friends. He was a member of the Valley Pool League. Surviving are: 3 children, Shannon (Jamie) Payne of Swartz Creek, David Myers of Chicago, IL, and Daniel (Ashley) Myers of Durand; grandchildren, Jordan, Chloe, Micah, Hailee, Natalee, Phelan, Cooper, and Rory; mother, Arlene Myers of Durand; sisters, Brenda Cole of Lennon and Roxanne (Louis) McFall of Fenton; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his father and brother-in-law, Jim Cole. A special thank you to all of his friends who have been there for him.
