Bryan G. Jeans, age 64, of Flint, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026. Visitation will be held at 6pm until 8pm on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will resume the following day at 10am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11am on Friday, August 7, 2026 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 6273 Miller Road in Swartz Creek. Pastor Aaron Whitman will be officiating. Bryan will be laid to rest with military honors at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. Bryan was born on April 13, 1962 in Lapeer, Michigan to the late Glen & Doras (Cook) Jeans. He graduated from Oxford High School, class of 1980. Upon graduating high school Bryan proudly enlisted in the United States Navy. Bryan served during 1980-1983 during the Desert Storm. During his service he was injured and awarded The Navy Achievement Medal.
Bryan was employed with Systematic Fire Protection as a pipe fitter. He was a member to Union 704. Bryan married Sandra Griffis on August 13, 2011. Together they enjoyed serving the Lord and making other people laugh. Bryan was a man of strong faith and always put God first. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Swartz Creek, where he and Sandra took part in many facets of discipleship. Those at church might know Bryan best in his role as a "door greeter", he always had a smile and made it his life's mission to make others laugh. He adored his children, "bonus" step-children and grandchildren and made all efforts to be a part of their lives.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Jeans; children, Rian Jeans, Ariel Jeans, Renae (Anthony) Klinck and Michael Griffis; grandchildren, Kayley and Paisley; his siblings, Bruce (Misty) Jeans, Cindy Aumann, Jeff (Stacy) Jeans, Connie (Mike) Schalau and Eric (Christina) Jeans. Bryan is further survived by many nieces, nephews and other dear family members and friends.
