Bryce Grant FROWNFELTER

FROWNFELTER, Bryce Grant - Age 20, of Fenton, died July 17, 2013. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, July 23 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Sunday, 1-8 PM Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Bryce Frownfelter Memorial Fund that will be directed to a program to benefit Lake Fenton students. Bryce was born June 28, 1993 in Flint the son of Grant and Michelle (Ostrom) Frownfelter. He was a 2012 graduate of Lake Fenton High School and was currently attending Western Michigan University. In high school he played football, basketball, and ran track. He played the guitar, piano, drums and composed music. He liked to write. Bryce was currently pursuing his pilots license. He worked at Bordine's, and was spending his summer helping his dad build their home. Surviving are: parents, Grant and Michelle; sister Allison and husband Andrew Maurer (who was like a brother to Bryce), all of Fenton; grandparents, Carol and Gordon Ostrom of Grand Blanc, Chris McVaugh of Colorado; aunts and uncles, Greg and Laurie Ostrom, Julie Ostrom, Gordie and Windy Ostrom, Randy and Angie Ostrom, Elizabeth Frownfelter, Robert and Tammy Frownfelter; many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Merrill Frownfelter. Tributes may be shared on the obituaries page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
