Cale Thomas Gillett

GILLETT, Cale Thomas- age 53, of Fenton, formerly of Howell, passed away, June 16, 2026. A Celebration of Cale's Life will be announced at a later date. Cremation arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel. Memorial Contributions in Cale's memory would be appreciated to Adopt-A-Pet Fenton.

Cale was born on August 27,1972 in Howell, the son of Melvin and Susan (Bowers) Gillett. Cale married Christy Ann Carter in Fowlerville on November 10, 2007. He graduated from Howell High School in 1990..Cale was a hard working, self made entrepreneur. He first was employed as a Home Builder working with the Lamb family. Cale later owned and operated RC Directional Boring Company in Howell for several years..More recently, Cale owned and operated C2 Storage Facility in Linden. He was a member of the Fenton Moose Lodge.#430. Cale was an avid hunter and enjoyed annual fishing trips with his friends. He loved working outdoors and using his many "toys." Cale was always willing to lend a helping hand and had numerous friends. He often ran into people he knew in various places. Cale "never met a stranger."

Cale is survived by his wife, Christy; daughter, Madison Gilbert; and son Montana (Jordan) Gillett; grandchildren, Huntlee, Oaklynn, and Krew Gillett; his mother, Susan Gillett; brother, Todd (Angela) Gillett; nephew, Dylan, and niece, Cheyenne.
