Carl (CG) Donald Gillette

GILLETTE, Carl (CG)- Age 61 of Flint, died Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital surrounded by family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Monday, September 29th at Family Community Church of the Nazarene, 5366 S. State Rd., Goodrich with Reverend Sarah Baker officiating. Visitation will be held 12:00 PM until the time of the service. In memory of CG contributions may be made to the family. Arrangements are being provided by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc. Carl was born on April 18, 1964 to Donald and Carol May Gillette. He loved bowling and was very good at it, fishing and going to the casino, best of all he loved being with his family and loved his Tigers, Michigan, Lions and Redwings.

Surviving are; his wife, Deborah Gillette; his children, Kevin (Alanna) Gillette and their children, Cash, Everly and Vivian; Kimberly (David) Ouellette and their children, Ashley (Robert), Bobby (Allison), Michelle (Rob) Carsten and her children, Jacob (Janae) and Shaelee (Andy). Siblings; Cathy (Mike) Baker, Tony (Lori) Gillette, David Gillette (Helen), Lucia Gillette, Andrea Borden, Lisa Fear (Mike), Daniel Gillette, Rose Mary (Jeff) Boldt and many nieces and nephews; brother-in-law/best friend, Brad Robinson/Korrina; fur babies, Shiloh and Winston; friends and buddies; Tom and Jan, Dave, Geno, Mike, AJ, Tony and all his great co-workers at Hart Medical and a special thanks to all the staff at Henry Ford Genesys ICU; great grandchildren, Logan, Luke, Brayden, Brantley, Braelyn and Brinleigh. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Gillette, mother, Carol May Gillette, son, Allen Carsten Jr. and his favorite scarecrow, Debbie Sugar.
