Porr, Carl George - Age 85 of Brighton, died Thursday, June 22, 2017. Committal services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, June 29 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly. Carl was born January 17, 1932 in Homer, the son of Carl George and Margaret (Meister) Porr. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Korean War. He was a member of the Sheet metal Union Local #80. Carl is survived by his children, Carl, Michael, Jacqueline, and their mother, Patricia; granddaughter, Gracie Liberty.
