Carol A. Jackson

Carol A. Jackson, age 85, of Swartz Creek, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road has been entrusted with funeral arrangements. Family will have private services and lay her to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Carol was born on November 1, 1940 in McKenzie, Tennessee to the late Floyd & Mary (Hill) Jackson. She was employed with McGillivray Buick Dealership for 27 years before retiring in 2000 from the Parts Division within the shipping & receiving department. Carol loved trips to the casinos and playing cards games. She enjoyed many life's adventures with her partner Betty. They watched baseball, fished in warm weather, shared a love for sweet snacks and garage sitting in the Michigan summers.

She is survived by her brothers, Gene (Thelda) Jackson, Ken (Joyce) Jackson and Floyd (Cathy) Jackson and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Lawrence; brother, Jerry Jackson and her life long partner, Betty Long in 2025.
