Carol Sue Meier

MEIER, Carol Sue - Age 76, of Byron, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026. A celebration service of Carol's life will be announced at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to the Alanson Church of the Nazarene, 7489 Mission Road, Alanson, MI, 49706 or the American Cancer Society.

Carol was born October 9, 1949 in Flint, the daughter of Ward Orval and Lenora (Mayle) Davis. She was a graduate of Hamady High School in Flint; and she received a Bachelor's in Arts from The University of Tampa. She married Dr. Richard Allen Meier June 5, 2021 in Alanson. She retired from the Henry G. Will Law Firm in Florida as an Executive Legal Secretary; she also owned and operated a restaurant in Oklahoma and was the church secretary for the Alanson Church of the Nazarene, and she was a licensed hairdresser. Carol was an accomplished artist and writer. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, crocheting, and liked to share Jesus Christ.

Surviving are: her husband, Dr. Richard Meier; brother, Patrick (Neile) Davis of Gladwin; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Gene Morgan; second husband, Captain Rolland Wilson; sister, Judith; and brother, Leonard Davis.
