Carolyn Sue MacAULEY

MacAULEY, Carolyn Sue -- Age 69 of Swartz Creek died Sunday, April 6, 2014. Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Saturday April 12, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Chaplain Hank Messing officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowview Cemetery, in Davison. Visitation will be held from 12 to 8 PM on Thursday and Friday, and from 9 AM until the time of service Saturday. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Mrs. MacAuley was born February 16, 1945, the daughter of Robert and Sussannah Howe in Flint. Carolyn was a graduate of Mt. Morris High School, class of 1963. She married Alger D. MacAuley on June 7, 1969 in Flint. She later attended beauty school to then work as a hairdresser. Mrs. MacAuley is survived by children Debbie Brown (Dan), Robert (Ann) MacAuley, Rick (Missy) MacAuley, David MacAuley, Tamara (Troy) Allport, Alger (Tina) MacAuley, Sarah Love (Tim), Geri MacAuley (Dennis), many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as sisters Elizabeth Sullivan and Linda (Jeff) Little-Schmitter. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband Alger, daughter Tona Hawley, her parents Robert and Sussannah, as well as brothers Robert E. Howe, Donald Lee Howe and James Howe.
