LAWRENCE, Catherine Delphine - Age 83, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, April 12, 2017. Services will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Fr. Gordon Reigle officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Catherine was born February 12, 1934 in Flint, the daughter of Michael and Delphine (Coutcher) Sutika. She married Donald Edward Lawrence September 15, 1951 and he preceded her in death June 10, 1981. She had resided in Swartz Creek for the past 12 years coming from Fenton. She retired from Walden's Tavern in Fenton. Surviving are: son, David Lawrence (Michelle Lucke) of Burton; daughter, Vickie Lawrence of Swartz Creek; 4 grandchildren, Mika (Ryan) Heslop of Montrose, Eric (Holly) Lawrence of Swartz Creek, Shannon (Darrell) Sims of Swartz Creek, and Justin (Brittany) Lawrence of Grand Blanc; 11 great grandchildren; and her four legged companion, Sally Lou.
