Cecilia Hovind

Hovind, Cecilia Pearl - Age 77, of Burton, died May 16, 2022. No public services will be held. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. Cecilia was born August 19, 1944 in Flint, the daughter of Russell Kenneth and Elsie Mae (Moore) Caldwell. She was a 1963 Bentley High School graduate. Cecilia was a longtime member of Bristol Road Church of Christ and also Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Flint. She had a love of music and also singing in the choir. Cecilia is survived by her children, Angela (Dan) Goodrich, Pamela (George) Anderson, Genelle (Kevin) Trombley; grandchildren, Rene' (Michael) Taylor, Caleb Fairbanks, Wyatt Brown, Matthew Trombley, Nicole (Rey) Valdez; several grand dogs; siblings, Bruce Caldwell, Kenneth (Lynda) Caldwell, Cecil Caldwell; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Elsie Caldwell; siblings, Clarence ( the late Wynema) Caldwell, Jerry Caldwell.
