Chad William Gillmore

Gillmore, Chad William Age 42, of Flint, passed away unexpectedly at home on September 29, 2023. A Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, October 8, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held from 2:00 -3:00 for immediate family and 3:00-8:00 PM Saturday, October 7, 2023 for friends at the funeral home and from 12:00 PM Sunday until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the family.

Chad was born January 31, 1981 in Flint, the son of Dale William and the late Shelly (Cline) Gillmore. He was a lifelong resident of Flint and attended Flint Central High School. Chad had a passion for classic cars, and mechanics of anything broken. He was employed with Magna Electronics of Grand Blanc for many years. He adored his children, nieces and nephews. As they adored him. 

Chad is survived by his children, Jayden Gillmore of Flint; Onna and Coldyn Gillmore of Burton and their mother, Jeri Carter; father, Dale Gillmore of Flint; brothers, Dale Gillmore of Davidson, NC, Xavier Gillmore of Flint; sisters, Kristi (Kevin) Burnash of Flint, Leah Gillmore of Flint; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive. Chad was preceded in death by his mother, Shelly Cline; step-mother, Frances Gillmore; grandmother, Shirley Gillmore; and his beautiful angel; daughter Chloe.
