CARTER, Chuck B. - age 72 of Flushing, passed away July 19, 2025. Funeral services will be held 5 PM Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, MI 48473. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Genesee County Animal Shelter. Chuck was born on December 23, 1952. He married Julie Laux on December 8, 1973. A self-employed carpenter, Chuck took great pride in his work. He had a love for motorcycles and was always up for a ride—what began as a short trip often turned into hours of exploring the open road. Surviving are: wife, Julie; three children, Aimee (Harold), Chad (Sheena) Carter; and Becky (David) Pratt; grandchildren, Dylan (Jade), Charli, Camryn, and Brandon (Julia); many brothers and sisters.
