Charles Shuck

SHUCK, Charles A. - Age 76, of Fenton, died Monday, September 17, 2018. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, September 21, 2018 at Lake Fenton United Methodist Church, 2581 N. Long Lake Road, Fenton. Pastor Char Shay officiating. Burial in Tyrone Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Thursday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM and at church Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to Lake Fenton United Methodist Church Memorial Fund. Chuck was born April 15, 1942 in Hastings, the son of Aaron and Magdalene (Scheib) Shuck. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from GM/EDS. He was a member of Lake Fenton United Methodist Church and the Fenton Moose Lodge. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, boating, but most of all spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving are: his wife, Patricia Mance; children, Michael (Amy) Furey of Ann Arbor, Jim (Carmen) Whitlow of Grand Blanc, Matt Shuck of Linden, Marc Furey (Sharon) of Grosse Pointe, Wendy (Mike) Hellner of Lapeer, and Matthew (Melissa) Furey of Fenton; 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; brother, Rock Shuck of West Olive; and several nieces and nephews.
