Bill continued to work in Arizona with ENT doctors and to test patients hearing into his seventies. He volunteered to repair and restore antique sewing machines for St. Vincent de Paul in Arizona up until 2024. He was an accomplished golfer, and antiques restorer. Bill loved traveling with his wife around the country.
