Cheree Worden

WORDEN, Cheree Helen - age 51, of Gladwin formerly of Swartz Creek, died August 4, 2017. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Pastor Keith McKinnies officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00PM Wednesday until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Cheree H. Worden Memorial Fund, c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Cheree was born November 30, 1965 in Flint, the daughter of Gordon and Arlene (Foutch) Worden. She had resided in Gladwin for the past 15 years coming from Swartz Creek. Cheree graduated from Swartz Creek High School, and then became a cosmetologist. She later worked as a home health aide. Cheree is survived by her daughter, Christie Cook (Steven Lafreniere) of Mt. Morris, mother, Arlene Worden of Gladwin; brother, James Denson of Gladwin; nephew, Roman Bowe and fiancé Mellisa Hospadar and their son, Lincoln of Midland. She was preceded in death by her father, Gordon Worden; sister, Maryann Worden; step-father, James Denson; and baby brother, Jimmy Denson.
