BAXTER, Cheryl Anne - Age 58, of Fenton, died Monday, July 24, 2017. Services will be held 12:30 PM, Monday August 7, 2017 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd., Holly. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Those desiring may make contributions to the Genesee District Library. Cheryl was born June 22, 1959 in Manchester, England, the daughter of Peter and Elaine (Simoneau) Parker. Cheryl married Daniel Baxter in Detroit on January 4, 1992. Mrs. Baxter was very active in gardening and landscaping. She was a professional writer and enjoyed working at the Genesee District Library for the past 4 years. Surviving are: husband, Dan of Fenton; daughter, Megan Baxter of Fenton; son, Ryan Baxter of Fenton; brothers, Kevin (Tari) Parker of Mt. Pleasant, Keith Parker of Saginaw and father Peter Parker of Grand Blanc. She was preceded in death by her mother Elaine Parker.
