Chester Sprygada

SPRYGADA, Chester Michael - age 90, of Fenton, former of Long Lake, MI died Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Genesys Convalescent Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Sprygada was born February 23, 1924 in Bay City, the son of Michael and Agnes (Kowalski) Sprygada. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II. Mr. Sprygada married Vera Elizabeth Peters on October 9, 1948. He retired from Consumers Energy. Surviving are: wife, Vera of Fenton; daughter, Lou Ann Coder of Holly;daughter-in-law, Leann Sprygada; two grandchildren, Kristen and Karie Sprygada; brother, Donald Sprygada; many nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by: his parents; two sons, Dale Edward and Wayne Francis Sprygada; sister, Evelyn Wiesnewski. Arrangements by: Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W.
