SMIECINSKI, Christopher Todd - Age 46, of Tennessee, formerly of Linden, died February 4, 2013. Funeral services will be held 6 PM Friday, February 8, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Visitation will be held from 3 PM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project. Chris was born December 25, 1966 in Southfield, the son of Kirk and Sharon Smiecinski. He was a graduate of Linden High School. Chris was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving two tours of duty in the Persian Gulf. He was a fun loving free spirit with a huge heart. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Surviving are: his loving companion of many years, Sue Joslin and granddaughter, Cherish; daughter, Emily Green; parents, Kirk and Sharon; brothers, Kevin and Gregg; sister, Tricia and husband John Sedlarik; nieces and nephews, Travis, Blake, Lexi, Barron and Kiley; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
