Lundwall, Clarence Ferdinand - Age 94, of Fenton, died Saturday, March 18, 2017. A Military Committal Service will take place on Friday, April 7 at 11:30 AM at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly. Following the committal service a memorial luncheon will take place at The Laundry Room, 115 West Shiawassee Avenue, Fenton. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Clarence was born September 29, 1922 in Muskegon, Michigan, the son of Ferdinand and Ragnhild Lundwall. He was a WWII veteran serving as a pilot in the U.S. Navy. He married Margaret Cantwell on April 21, 1945 in Pensacola, FL. He was a Wood Pattern Maker in the Detroit area and in Orlando, Florida during the construction of Walt Disney World's Epcot Center. Clarence built custom homes, a resort, a motel in the Upper Peninsula and restored homes in Detroit and Charlevoix, MI. Clarence was an avid outdoorsman enjoying golf, fishing, hunting, gardening and traveling. He loved following the Detroit Tigers and the University of Michigan football team. Surviving are: his beloved wife of 71 years Margaret; 3 children, Colleen Lundwall (Robert Kellman), Diane (William) Storves, Robert (Elizabeth) Lundwall; 12 grandchildren, Heather (Thayer) Andrews, Sean (Anina) Kellman, Christopher (Kathleen) Storves, Matthew Kellman, Katherine Lundwall, Kelly (Eric) Laimbeer, Robert Lundwall, Catherine Storves, Anna Lundwall, Eric Lundwall, John Lundwall and Michael Lundwall; 4 great grandchildren, Cara, Ben, Grant and Cole; three step-grandchildren, Sara Luberto, Michelle Luberto and Daniel Luberto and many nieces, nephews, cousins, sister and brothers-in law.
