Clotean AN Flood

Clotean AN Flood, age 87, of Lennon passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Durand Senior Care and Rehabilitation. Private arrangements were entrusted to Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek.

Clotean was born on October 2, 1937 in Flint the daughter of the late Floyd and Myrtle (Bentley) Griffin. She graduated with the class of 1955 from Durand High School. Clotean was a loving and nurturing mother to her five children. She would stay home to care and raise her children. Clotean was active with her children and friends. She enjoyed baking, even if it was baking several pies at once for her family to enjoy their favorite. Clotean loved antiquing and traveling around to garage sales.

She is survived by her loving children, Rick Castle of Lennon, Reva Franks of St. Charles, Leisa (Glenn) Smith of Lennon and Craig Castle of Durand; five grandchildren, Amanda Castle, Alan and Brandon Franks, William and Heather Castle; numerous great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Gladys Griffin; two nieces, Lynn and Kathy; nephew, Dennis all from Denver, CO; and many beloved friends.
