Whitney, Crystal Lynn - Age 60, of Gaines, passed away June 28, 2026. Funeral service will be held 1 PM Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Sharp Funeral Home Miller Road Chapel. 8138 Miller Rd. Swartz Creek, Michigan 48473. The funeral may be viewed by livestream from a link on her page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 12 PM until the time of the service on Saturday, July 11, 2026 until the time of the service.

Crystal was born May 9, 1966 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Donald Whitney and Luella (Cleveland) Whitney. Crystal was a graduate of Evart High School. She loved to bake and did often, sharing treats with everyone. She loved her roses, they were her pride and joy. She was lovingly known for being set in her ways.

Surviving are: children Desiree Whitney, Cameron (Kimmy) Whitney; grandchildren, Lillian and Kieran; siblings, Pam, Brenda, Doreen, Diane, Duane, and Melvin Jr.; many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister Laurie. .
