Dallas Lee Malone

Dallas Lee Malone - Age 94, a resident of Gaines and Fenton, passed away February 6, 2026. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 13, at Sharp Funeral Homes- Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St. Linden, Michigan. Visitation will take place from 4PM - 7PM on Thursday, February 12 and Friday from 10AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linden.

Dallas was born July 27, 1931, in Flint Michigan to the late Arthur Dale and Bertha Alma (Gilbert) Malone. He was in the 1950 graduating class at Linden High School and received his associates degree in Agricultural Equipment from Michigan State University and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a life-long farmer in the Byron area, as well as an executive of the Genesee County Soil Conservation Group, and a member of the Genesee County Farm Bureau. He also was a former member of both the South Mundy United Methodist and Fenton United Methodist Churches.

Dallas is survived by children Thomas (Becky) Malone, Robert (Tammy) Malone, Patti Malone, and Lee (Krystal) Malone; grandchildren Mike Malone, Samantha (Adam) Travis, Dylan Malone, Baily Malone, Terry Forshee, Rachel (Tony) DeHate, Jessica Forshee; five great-grandchildren; and special friends Tim, Alison and Taj Plante.

He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur Dale and Bertha Alma (Gilbert) Malone; special partner Joy Rapin; previous wives Marilyn Janet Powers and Laura Lee Helmboldt; brother Jerry; and granddaughter Taylor.
