Daniel Edward Anderson

Daniel Edward Anderson, age 67, of Howell, passed away on November 4, 2026.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 2-6 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden.

Daniel was born on May 11, 1959, in Muskegon, Michigan, the son of Edward and Barbara (Chisholm) Anderson. He dedicated 45 years of his life to the brick masonry trade, retiring after a long and fulfilling career. A true master of his craft, Daniel took great pride in his work and the skills he had perfected over the years.

Outside of work, Daniel found happiness in the simple things in life, especially fishing and watching Westerns. He will be remembered for his incredible patience, kind heart, and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Above all, family was everything to Daniel. He cherished his children and grandchildren, and some of his happiest moments were those spent surrounded by the people he loved most.

Daniel is survived by his children, Jessica (Dustin Hochkins) Anderson, Ed (Casey) Anderson, Rachel Turnbull, and Renae (Phil) Barrett; grandchildren, Hunter, Brooklynn, Tyler, Ava, Tucker, James, Phil, Henry, Theodore, and Audrey; sisters, Janice (Lee) Solomon, Melissa Willer, Linda (Carl) Kiel, and Mary (Joseph) Gilmour; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jim and Kim Keene and Karen and Rex Allen; along with many nieces and nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Cindy Diane Anderson; and brothers-in-law, Gary Willer, Bruce Keene, and Mike Keene.
