Daniel Harvey Bright

BRIGHT, Daniel Harvey - Age 78, of Swartz Creek, passed away March 15, 2025. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Daniel was born June 17, 1946 in Flint, the son of Marshall Avon and Virginia Louise (Allison) Bright. He retired from General Motors after many years of service. Daniel loved to fish and gamble. He enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Red Wings. He is survived by his children, Misty (Matt) McMichael and Brian Bright; grandchildren, Brandon Lee Hillaker, Hailey Raquel Hillaker, Logan James Anthony Edwards, Lauren McMichael; great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Jean (Robin) Wheaton. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Vaughn Dale Bright, Allen Lee Bright, William Dennis Bright, Robert Joseph Bright and Avon Marshall Bright.
