MITCHELL, Danny, age 61, of Houston, Texas, passed away Friday, November 23, 2012 in Houston, TX. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Rev. Michael Case officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1-9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to American Heart Association. Danny was born September 1, 1951 in Flint, the son of Paul and Betty (Harvill) Mitchell. He was a graduate of Southwestern High School and University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Danny was employed as an accountant in Houston. Surviving are: wife of 28 years, Bonnie of Houston, TX; two step-sons, Chris and Jason Farrow of Houston, TX; parents, Paul and Betty Mitchell of Flushing; brother, Rodney Mitchell and wife, Kristy of Oxford, MI; sister, Pamela Dahl of Livonia, MI; two nieces, Lyndsay and Perri Mitchell; two nephews, Brent and Jeremy Dahl.
