Darrell Lee Charlick

Darrell Lee Charlick- Age 82, passed away on July 21, 2026. Funeral services will be held at 8:30AM on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Sharp Funeral Homes- Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, followed by interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd., Holly. Visitation will take place from 4PM until 8PM on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the funeral home.

Darrell was born on August 17, 1943, in Holly, Michigan, to the late Elmer Lee Charlick and Helen Callard. Darrell was deployed to Germany with the United States Army. Returning home to work for the Excel Corp as a mechanical engineer for many years. He was a devoted family-man who enjoyed everyone gathering for the holidays and Sunday dinners with his parents. Hunting and fishing were some of his hobbies he also loved spending summers up north at the family's cabin in Hale. He was a very talented craftsman building his own home which he resided in for most of his life.

Darrell is survived by his daughters Kimberly Charlick and Sonya (Gary) Burton; grandsons Nicholas Baldwin and Brandon (Lauren) Baldwin; great grandchildren Ella, Natalie, Callyn, Lettie, Odin and Vallee; and sister Beverly (the late Charles) Musson.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and great-grandson Theo Lee Baldwin.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
