David Farner

Farner, David Lee - Age 64, of Flint, died January 11, 2020. Funeral services will be held 11AM Tuesday, January 21 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Flint. Burial will follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery 4200 N. Belford Rd. Holly. Visitation will be held 5-8PM Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flower those desiring may make contributions to the family. David was born September 3, 1955 in Flint, the son of Lee and Betty (Bolin) Farner. He married Randee Geisler August 25, 1984 in Mt. Pocono, PA. David served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1974-1981. He worked for Accument for 13 years. He enjoyed working on cars and rebuilding engines, he also enjoyed watching Nascar races. David is survived by his wife, Randee; children, Jeremy Farner of Lansing, Kristy (Rick) Zdoniac of Grand Blanc Township, Shannon Withenshaw of Lansing; grandchildren, Baylie, Kasey, Jayden, Allison, Aubrey, and Isabella; brothers, Dane (Marion) Farner of Flint Township, Boyd (Sharalee) Farner of Roscommon; sister, Tina (Ray) Belanger of Grand Blanc; many nieces and nephews.
