Those desiring may make contributions to American Cancer Society or the Genesee County Humane Society. David was born September 18, 1960 the son of Harold Robert and June Ann (Shepola) Mertz. He was a mechanic for many different businesses. David is survived by his wife, Peggy Ann; brother, Alan : 3 sisters, Sally (Pastor Dave), Robin (Joe), Dawn (Ron).
