Deborah was born March 20, 1962 in San Francisco, California, the daughter of Robert Lee Hawkins and Florence Alma (Westmeyer). She was a 1980 graduate of Lake Fenton High School.
Surviving are: sisters, Cheryl Pool and Teresa Gucwa; and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Hawkins and Florence Beard.
