Deborah Joy Ward

WARD, Deborah Joy - Age 70, of Holly, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023.  Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton (A live stream of the service will be available on Deborah's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com).  Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home, Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.  Those desiring may make contributions to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  

Deborah was born November 2, 1953 in Sayersville, VA, the daughter of Clinton and Juanita (Gibson) Conn.  She was a 1972 graduate of Holly High School.  She was employed as a truck driver.  She loved the Lord and attended Bible Study every Wednesday.  

Surviving are: husband, Jeff Ward; her children, Chad (Jodi) Cooke of Saginaw, Chris (Meagan) Cooke of Linden and Stacy (Tim) Steffey of Fenton; 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Roger Conn of Fenton, Ronald (Dee) Conn of Flushing, Brenda Raudebaugh of Grand Blanc and Michael (Anna) Chandler of Arizona; and several nieces and nephews.
