SOPKO, Deborah Kay - Age 50, of Flint, died Tuesday, January 4, 2011. A Graveside service will be held 2 PM Saturday, January 8 at St. Mary Cemetery, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 10AM -1:30PM Saturday, January 8 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Deborah was born October 26, 1960 in Flint, the daughter of John and Doris (Davis) Sopko. Surviving are: daughters, Melissa and husband Walter Stearman of Mobile, Alabama, Sara and husband Adam Stogner of Grand Blanc; two grandchildren, Madrox Stogner, Alexis Stearman; and one grandchild expected in April; three sisters, Margaret and husband John Nicolson of Swartz Creek, Patricia and husband Donald Geren of Burton, Susan Ethington of Grand Blanc; brother, Joseph Sopko; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her longtime companion and father of Melissa and Sara, Gregory Marks in 2010; her parents; brother, James Sopko; and brother-in-law, Gary Ethington.
