Delmar Edward DUNN

DUNN, Delmar Edward - Age 83, of Gaines, died Friday, April 5, 2013. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Burial in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday from 5-9 and Tuesday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to Cystic Fibrosis. Delmar was born November 10, 1929 in Saline County, IL, the son of Cleo and Lora (Jacob) Dunn. He retired in 1983 from GM Chevrolet V-8 Plant after 30 years of service. He had resided in the Flint area most of his life, he had also resided in Carrier Mills, IL from 1983 to 2004. He was a member of U.A.W. Local 659 ; Surviving are: 6 children, Lester Dunn of Lansing, Sharon (Daryl) Perry of Gaines, Duane (Judy) Dunn of Eaton Rapids, Christine (Joe) Rensberry of Flint, Shirley (Harold) Cannoy of Flint, and Roger (Debra) Dunn of IL; 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
