DODDS, Delores M. - Age 82, of Linden, died Saturday, January 12, 2013. Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd, Fenton, with pastor James Rolf officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to Community Sharing or a charity of your choice. Delores was born October 21, 1930 in Detroit, the daughter of Jack and Mable (Judge) Morton. She married Arthur Edwin Dodds February 4, 1950. She had resided in Linden for the past 8 years, coming from Tawas City/Detroit. Delores was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Linden and was a volunteer at the Loose Senior Center in Linden. Surviving are: 3 children, Kathleen and husband Steve Pardikes of White Lake, Ron and wife Lori Dodds of Linden, and Brian and wife Lisa Dodds of Leslie; 4 grandchildren, Courtney Dodds of Fowlerville, Ryan Look of Linden, Caitlin Dodds of Chicago, IL, and Mackenzie Dodds of Linden; 2 great grandchildren, Deagun and Griffin; sister, Nancy LaRoque of Detroit; brother, Bill Morton; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and her faithful companion, Fannie.
