Dennis Mageli

MAGELI, Dennis Lee - Age 62, of Swartz Creek, died Thursday, July 13, 2017. Funeral services will be held 2PM Friday, July 21, 2017, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 12PM until time of service at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the family c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Dennis was born in Flint, on April 2, 1955 the son of the late Leland Lloyd and Mary Annette (Hinkley) Mageli. Dennis married Judy Birmingham in Swartz Creek on October 11, 2015. Mr. Mageli worked for J.T.'s country Kitchen and was a cabinet maker for many years. Dennis also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are: wife, Judy Mageli of Swartz Creek, children, Dennis Root, Jeremy Root, John Birmingham of Flint, Maryann Birmingham of Swartz Creek; grandchildren, Tyler, Gavin, Jamison, Jovie; brother, Matt (Debbie) Mageli of Clio; sisters, Debbie (Doug) Shumaker of Argentine, Mandy (Buck) Shumaker of Gaines, Theresa (Gary) Hinkley; many nieces and nephews.
