Dennis Wagner

Wagner, Dennis W. - Age 67, of Swartz Creek, died Tuesday, May 6, 2014. Services will be held 2PM Sunday, May 11, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Pastor Mark Cox officiating. Visitation will be held 12PM until time of service Sunday. Dennis was born in Flint, Michigan, the son of the late Clarence and Polly (Steiner) Wagner. Dennis served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Local 7 Sheet Metal Union with 25 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing the guitar. Surviving are: sons, Jake (Mindy) Wagner, Joe Wagner; grandson, Jake Wagner Jr., granddaughter Lauren Wagner all of Swartz Creek; mother of his sons, Vicky Wagner; sister, Becky (Claude) Roland of Roscommon, Michigan; step-brother, Todd "Maynard" Boyd of Swartz Creek and canine companion Sam.
