Diane Sue (Donovan) Dunbar

Dunbar, Diane Sue (Donovan) - age 79 of Linden, passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, on October 10, 2026. In accordance with Diane's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be announced and held at a future date. Diane was born on February 13, 1947 in Flint, Michigan to the late Ryan and Martha (Stevin) Donovan. She graduated from Flint Central High School and on September 28, 1968, she married Lance Dunbar, whom she met while attending middle school. She worked many years in Office Administration at Flint Osteopathic and Genesys Hospitals. "Dee" as she was known to many, was a loving, kind and funny woman whose warmth and personality touched the lives of all who knew her. She rooted for the Detroit Tigers and enjoyed tracking good deals on QVC and Amazon.

Surviving is her husband of 58 years, Lance. Beloved daughter, Melissa Dunbar of Tecumseh. Ghost daughter, Susanne Axbom of Sweden. Sister-in-law, Shirley Pumphrey. Also surviving are on niece, two nephews, several cousins, many friends and her dear cat, Lucy. Diane will be welcomed into heaven by her parents; brother, Patrick Donovan; son-in-law, Bradley Raymond.

Diane will be forever loved, deeply missed and never forgotten.
