ALDRICH, Donald W. - Age 94, of Flint, formerly of Chapman Lake Indiana, died Thursday, May 19, 2016. Private services will be held. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Donald was born February 3, 1922 in Vassar, MI, the son of Claude and Winifred (Higgins) Aldrich. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy Serving in WWII as a fighter Pilot. He retired from Consumers Power. He is survived by children, Claudia (Richard) Mach, Tracy (Dennis) Brown, Steve (Anne) Aldrich; 5 grandchildren, Katherine (John) Gordon, Marissa (Monte) Gould, Alex Risner, Sarah Aldrich, Haley Aldrich; 4 great-grandchildren; step-daughter, Mary Lou McFarren; step-son, Max Jones.
