ALLEN, Donald Dean - age 64, of Swartz Creek, died Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Donald was born December 10, 1948 in Kennett, MO, the son of Lewis L. and Ottie M. (Jackson) Allen. He married Linda Hart on July 27, 1968. Surviving are: wife, Linda of Swartz Creek; two daughters, Staci Allen of Swartz Creek, Wendy Allen of Grand Blanc; five grandchildren, Steffani, Derrik, MeKensie, Madison, and Mallory; three siblings, Lindel (Louise) Allen of Montgomery, AL, John (Lana) Allen of Swartz Creek, Gayland (Jill) Allen of Linden; many nieces and nephews.
