Donald Gene Bollinger

Bollinger, Donald Gene - Age 76, of Flint, died February 28, 2026 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc, Michigan 48507. Visitation will be held 3-8 PM Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at the funeral home. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc.

Donald was born April 4, 1949 in Monroe, Michigan, the son of Melvin and Allie (Tippett) Bollinger. He was a Southwestern High School graduate. Donald married Brenda Everhart on June 21, 1968. He worked for General Motors. Donald was also a bus driver for Westwood Heights and also worked for Autumn's Hauling. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Brenda; four children, Linda Rose, Sandy (George) Colter, Brian (Debbie) Bollinger, James Edward (fiancee Nancy) Fry; 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; siblings, John (Cheryl) Bollinger, Cindy (Jeff) Rieger, Keith (Jenny) Bollinger; many nieces and nephews.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Dennis and Jack.
